David Bradbury (CBO) is the Chief Executive Officer of The Bradbury Companies, a group of world-wide manufacturing companies dedicated to producing high-quality, metal processing and roll-forming equipment. Under his leadership, the company completed a series of acquisitions and strategic partnerships resulting in significant growth and expansion of the core operating company. David attended Wichita State University and resides in Hutchinson KS.

David Murfin (CBO) is President of Murfin Drilling Company, Inc. and its three divisions: oil field services, operations and exploration. In addition to Murfin Drilling, the Murfin family also has extensive real estate holdings, six radio stations, Murphy Tractor & Equipment Company, and minority investments in several privately held operating companies. David is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and sits on several company boards where the family has a financial stake. David is a graduate of the University of Kansas and resides in Wichita, KS.

Jim Pace (FBO) is the former owner and CEO of ROM Corporation, a manufacturer of niche products for the food distribution, fire & public safety industries in the US, Europe and Asia. He is a regular investor in Kansas City manufacturing and service companies, and currently is a shareholder and director in CSU and Magnum Systems. Jim is a graduate of The University of Missouri and resides in Mission Hills, KS.

Don Wagner (FBO) is the former owner and CEO of CST Industries Inc., a leading global manufacture and erector of factory coated metal storage tanks. Wagner bought Columbian in 1990 and through an aggressive organic growth strategy and the acquisition of A.O. Smith Corp in Milwaukee quadrupled the company's sales. Don remains on the board of directors of CST Industries, and is a frequent investor in other Kansas City area companies. Don is a graduate of the University of Tulsa and the Stanford Executive Program and resides in Kansas City, MO.

Charles W. Schellhorn is currently the President of The Aberdeen Financial Group, LLC and is the retired President and CEO of Argus Health Systems, Inc.  Argus is the largest processor of pharmacy claims in the United States.  Charlie previously was the President and CEO of DST Output Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DST Systems, and the largest provider of print mail and archiving applications for the financial services and related industries in the United States.  Prior to this, Charlie owned and operated United MicroGraphic Systems, Inc. and was a Pilot in the United States Navy.  He is currently active on a wide variety of corporate and not for profit boards across the United States.  Charlie is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School and currently resides with his wife in Mission Hills, Kansas.
