We look to partner with established, profitable companies that have a proven business model, sustainable competitive position and identifiable growth prospects.

Business Sectors:

  • Industrial product manufacturing and “high-value” distribution,
  • niche consumer products
  • and, closely related business-to-business services

Operating History:

  • 5+ years operating experience
  • Quality, branded or highly engineered product preferred, with limited warranty exposure

Management Focus:

  • CEO's who have successfully delivered a culture of performance based upon a supportable business plan or strategy
  • An experienced management team and/or key managers committed to staying with the company

Customer Base:

  • Established base and sound relationships with key customers
  • Generally void of high customer concentration and/or significant “big box” retail exposure

Revenue History:

  • $5 million - $50 million
  • lower revenue businesses will be considered with high cash flow margins and/or significant growth opportunities

EBITDA Profile:

  • Up to $5 million, minimum of $500 thousand preferred
  • Historical (or the potential for) EBITDA margins in excess of 10%

Geographic Emphasis:

  • Greater Midwest
  • Southeast
  • Intermountain West

Areas Outside of Our Interest:

  • Start-ups or early stage venture capital
  • Companies with significant technology or regulatory risk
